As a voracious reader and book lover, amazon.com is like the answer to a dream. It hasn't stopped me from seeking out and shopping in actual bookstores, but I have had a ton of fun shopping at amazon -- they have an incredibly huge selection of books, and their service is fantastic.

This is probably the best comics-related site on the web. It's Rick Veitch and Steve Conley's attempt to create a virtual comic convention, and it's working! In some ways it's even better than a real comic com. You'll find links to a lot of interesting creator's and publisher's sites, as well as message boards which are very lively and interesting, and Rick Veitch's "Splash" news section which is always interesting and timely.

I heard about this one long before I actually found the address, and now I check it out practically every day. What a wealth of insider tidbits! For anyone wanting to keep tabs on what's going on in genre entertainment -- go here first!

I have a subscription to the great weekly print form of this comprehensive motorcycle newspaper, but I also go to their web site to check out the daily news updates and race results.

This is my favorite Mac site -- I go there every day. Maccentral really keeps me up-to-date on all of the cool stuff happening in the world of Macs, and has a great update/shareware/freeware library which has a constant flow of a wide variety of useful software.

For anyone interested in motorcycles, this is the place! I have yet to find a more comprehensive and well-structured guide to motorcycle stuff on the web. It's amazing how many motorcycle-related websites there are.
